What if there isn’t a package that works for me?

Don’t worry— we completely understand that not one size fits all! We are more than happy to get on a call to discuss what you’re looking for and to see if our offerings can meet your needs. Don’t hesitate to email us to get this conversation started! We got you, love.

How soon should I book?

We recommend booking sooner than later to get your spot reserved! Though we offer 72-hour booking services, we also can’t ever guarantee availability the closer a date approaches.

When do I have to pay? 

We require full payment at the time of booking and the contract signature!

Do you replace the photographer or videographer?

Abso-LUTELY not! We are not replacing the photographer or videographer. We make sure to stay out of their way, and think of ourselves more as the extension of the overall media team.

Do you do events outside of just the wedding day? 

We do! Rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, getting ready before the wedding, etc etc. We usually charge hourly for these events, added on top of the initial wedding day tier charge. This is something we can discuss when you contact us!

Will you travel?

Yes! We’re happy to meet you anywhere, however, travel and board fees do apply. Pending on where we’re traveling to, we offer discounts based on the location.

Do you offer gift certificates? 

We don’t have physical gift certificates, but we do think this is a wonderful gift to give someone surrounding their special day! We’ve often seen friends, family members, and even spouses gift this experience to the bride— unique, different, and something she’ll have forever. Just remember that you’ll need to gift this early on in the process, so that the bride can book her necessary date(s).
